The FAQs state "We look for good quality content which is clear, concise and fit for the target audience. We use NOS guidelines where available (or applicable) to ensure it meets national and industry standards." We looked for published accreditation criteria and did not find them. The Apply Now page publishes four plans: Beginner, 1–5 courses, £50 a month or £570 a year; Standard, 5–10 courses, £75 a month or £855 a year; Premium, 10–20 courses, £120 a month or £1,368 a year; Professional, 20–30 courses, £180 a month or £2,052 a year; all on a 12-month contract. We looked for terms and conditions, a privacy policy and a complaints procedure in the site navigation and footer, at /terms/, /terms-and-conditions/, /privacy-policy/ and /complaints/, and in the site's published page list, and did not find them. The site is served over HTTPS.
The home page states "We'll also accredit your activites one by one should they meet industry standards" and that providers will be "issued with a unique accreditation number". It also states "You'll be added in our directory as a CPD accredited provider"; we looked for the directory in the navigation and at /directory/ and did not find it. The FAQs state that accreditation is taken "under a 12 month plan"; we looked for a stated cycle for re-reviewing accredited activities and did not find one. An ICO register search by organisation name returned no entries; a search by the published postcode returned more than 100 registrations, and combined searches for "Verified" and "CPD" at that postcode returned no entry and one registration under a different name respectively.
