The Training Provider Terms and Conditions state that IPHM Beauty is "a service of International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), a trading name of Holistic Therapy Services Ltd", registered in England and Wales, company number 11289698. The footer and contact page name "HOLISTIC THERAPY SERVICES LTD" with an address at Office 4, Duke Street Business Centre, Littleborough, OL15 8DL. Companies House lists HOLISTIC THERAPY SERVICES LTD (11289698) as an active private limited company, incorporated on 4 April 2018, with its registered office at Office 4 Duke Street Business Centre and SIC code 85600 (educational support services). The Training Provider Terms give the registered office as "Office 1" Duke Street Business Centre. The latest accounts (to 31 May 2025) and confirmation statement (25 February 2026) are filed, with next accounts due by 28 February 2027. Companies House lists two current directors and two persons with significant control, each holding more than 25% but not more than 50% of shares; a third director resigned on 30 June 2025. The About page states the business was established through its parent organisation, IPHM, in 2005. We looked for other connected businesses on the pages reviewed and did not identify any. Published information
The IPHM Standards page publishes downloadable documents for training providers: Pre-Requisites for Beauty Training Providers, a step-by-step guide to submitting learning resources, What Your Course Needs to Qualify, and a Pre-Accreditation Requirements Guide. Pricing for training providers is published: £375.00 a year including VAT (or £37.50 a month plus a £75.00 deposit) for accreditation of up to 50 courses, and £420.00 a year for the Premium Training Provider/Therapist membership; sub-educators pay £85 a year. Terms and Conditions are published for each membership type, with the Training Provider terms last updated 12 May 2026. A Privacy Policy is published, last revised 8 March 2023. A complaints procedure is published on the Terms and Conditions page: complainants first raise the matter with the provider, who has 28 days to respond, and may then submit a complaint to IPHM through an online form. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Training Provider terms state that providers "must submit complete course manuals, lesson plans, and evidence of tutor qualifications for every course you wish to have accredited", and the home page states that "Every application is manually reviewed". The FAQ states that members receive a unique IPHM number; we looked for a unique accreditation number for each accredited course and did not find one stated. A Find an Accredited Training Provider page offers a search of accredited providers. The FAQ states that memberships are renewed every 12 months with an updated certificate, and the Training Provider terms state that significant course changes must be submitted for review and that IPHM may conduct quality assurance checks at any time. Advertising and claims
The home page describes "Independent accreditation for beauty professionals, aesthetic practitioners and training providers worldwide" and states "We already help hundreds of IPHM approved practitioners and beauticians all over the world". The FAQ describes IPHM as "an international recognised accreditation board" and states that "The IPHM now recognises over 1000 complementary/natural/holistic and spiritual & Beauty therapies". The Training Providers pricing page refers to "our Trustmark - recognised internationally by students looking for good and proper practice". The Accreditation Board Members page states that "our board members are renowned experts in their respective fields". The home page also states "IPHM Beauty is an independent accreditation board.
