Companies House records company 12996449 as INTERNATIONAL APPROVAL LIMITED, an active private limited company incorporated on 4 November 2020, with its registered office in Orrell, Wigan WN5 8NP. The register shows one current director, appointed on 24 November 2020, who is also the sole person with significant control, holding 75% or more of the shares. Micro-company accounts made up to 30 November 2025 were filed on 22 June 2026, and a confirmation statement dated 24 November 2025 was filed on 21 January 2026; the next confirmation statement is due by 8 December 2026. The home page states "ESTABLISHED 2019". The same website offers the company's own teaching-qualification programme ("The Rise Programme"), business coaching ("Online Academy Activator") and course templates to hair and beauty training providers, alongside the accreditation service; these are disclosed on the site. Published information
The Terms & Conditions state that approval is subject to the course and documentation "satisfying the applicable International Approval standards and requirements". We looked for those standards or criteria on the home, How to apply, Apply, Course Pre-Requisites, FAQ, Expert package and Terms & Conditions pages and did not find them; the Course Pre-Requisites page lists course subjects with their pre-requisites and whether they may be delivered online. Prices are published as 12-month packages: Expert £350 (up to 5 course subjects), Minimis £420 (up to 10), Grandis £720 (up to 20) and Magnus £1000 (unlimited). Terms & Conditions, last updated January 2025, are published and include sections on accreditation applications, packages, the accreditation period, renewals, maintaining standards, suspension or withdrawal, and use of accreditation branding. Section 31 sets out a complaints procedure, with complaints made in writing to the published email address. A Privacy Policy is published, without a date. The site is served over HTTPS.
The How to apply page lists the documents required "for each course you are submitting", including a student training manual, a lesson plan and written assessments. Terms section 25 states that accreditation "confirms that a course has been reviewed against the applicable International Approval standards". The Expert package page states that accreditation "lasts for one year from the date you sign up"; Terms sections 22 and 23 cover renewal and state that material changes to an approved course "may require review or reapproval". We looked for a unique accreditation number for each approved course and for a public list or lookup of approved providers or courses and did not find either; the home page displays a selection headed "A FEW OF OUR MEMBERS". The ICO register lists International Approval Limited under ZB376074, registered on 19 August 2022 and expiring on 18 August 2027, at the Wigan registered office; searches by name, postcode and reference returned the same entry.
