The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy state that "The Accreditation Group is a trading name of THE ACCREDITATION GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15786279", with its registered office at Halifax House, 93-101 Bridge Street, Manchester M3 2GX; the Complaints Procedure gives the same company name and number. Companies House records THE ACCREDITATION GROUP LTD (15786279), a private limited company incorporated on 18 June 2024, status Active, with its registered office at the same Manchester address and nature of business 85600 (educational support services). The register shows one director, appointed on 18 June 2024, who is also the sole person with significant control, holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights. Micro-company accounts made up to 30 June 2025 were filed on 7 October 2025, and a confirmation statement dated 17 June 2026 was filed on 9 July 2026; the next accounts are due by 31 March 2027. The ASSURED Framework page publishes a seven-pillar framework (Accountable, Standards-driven, Structured, Up-to-date, Rigorous, Evidence-based, Documented), with separate pages describing how it applies to courses, providers and CPD activities, and an Assessor Criteria page setting out minimum assessor qualifications. Pricing is published on the Pricing page as subscriptions: Development £100 a month (up to 10 accredited courses), Professional £150 a month (up to 20) and Deluxe £250 a month (unlimited), with quarterly and yearly billing options; the page states that the company is not registered for VAT and that subscriptions renew automatically. Terms of Service specific to the accreditation service are published (version 2.0, last updated 13 August 2026), including sections on suspension and withdrawal of accreditation and on use of marks and certificates. A Privacy Policy is published (version 2.0, last updated 13 August 2026). A Complaints Procedure is published, with stages, response times, an independent review stage and a provider appeals route. The site is served over HTTPS.
Each plan lists a "Verifiable Provider Number" among its features, and the Verification page states that certificates carry a unique QR code and that providers and certificates can be checked by name or provider ID. The Review Cycle Policy states that every accredited provider and course "is fully re-assessed at least once every three years", with an annual self-declaration and interim reviews triggered by complaints or content changes. The Privacy Policy gives ICO registration number ZB705957.
