We looked for the legal entity behind the website on the home, About and Governance, Contact, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice and Complaints and Appeals pages. The Terms and Conditions state that "The CPD Accreditation Bureau is a trading name of Gauci Magri, a partnership registered in Malta under number P1389", and give a Maltese VAT number and a registered address in Qormi, Malta. The About page describes the organisation as "An independent CPD accreditation body based in Malta". Companies House name searches for "The CPD Accreditation Bureau" and "CPD Accreditation Bureau" did not return a company of either name. The About page states that "The Bureau does not accredit training offered by any business its owners are involved in"; we looked for named connected businesses on the pages reviewed and did not identify any. The Our Standard page publishes the Accreditation Standard (Version 1.1, updated October 2026), setting out eight criteria (C1 to C8) with their key requirements, the method for calculating CPD hours, and a downloadable full standard and self-assessment checklist. The Pricing page publishes fees in euro, excluding VAT: Single event €295, Starter €395 a year (3 new activities), Professional €895 a year (10), Enterprise €1,950 a year (30), plus listed optional extras.
