The What is CPD accreditation? page lists four areas against which each course or event is reviewed: independent review, educational value, coherent structure, and clear learning objectives and outcomes. We looked for the assessment criteria themselves on the home, About us, Become a CPD accredited provider, What is CPD accreditation?, FAQs and Membership Terms pages and did not find them. The Become a CPD accredited provider page states that membership levels are "determined by an initial dialogue and recommendations based on the number of training activities"; we looked for prices on the same pages and did not find any. Website terms of use, last modified January 2018, are published, together with General Membership Service Terms and Conditions for CPD certification with a publication date of 24 June 2026, available on the Membership Terms page and as a PDF. A Privacy and Cookies Policy is published with an effective date of March 2024. We looked for a complaints procedure for the certification service on the home, Contact us, Legal Information, Terms & Conditions, Membership Terms and Privacy Policy pages and did not find one; the path /complaints returned a page-not-found message. The Privacy Policy refers to complaints to the ICO about data protection. The site is served over HTTPS.
