Companies House lists THE CPD CHECK LTD (16108048), a private limited company incorporated on 28 November 2024, status Active, with its registered office at 2 Demswell, Brixworth, Northampton, NN6 9BL since 22 January 2026. The latest accounts, made up to 30 November 2025 and filed on 27 August 2026, are accounts for a dormant company; a confirmation statement dated 27 November 2025 was filed on 22 January 2026. The register shows two directors, each of whom is a person with significant control. We looked for connected businesses on the home, CPD Standards and Criteria, FAQ, Become a CPD Provider, CPD Providers and CPD Activities pages and did not identify any. Accessed 28 October 2026.

Published information
The CPD Standards and Criteria page sets out six criteria for CPD activities: applicable to the topic, accurate and clear, purpose, stimulating and engaging, accessible and inclusive, and prerequisites. The FAQ states that registering as a provider is free and that registered providers can view pricing packages on a 'Pricing' page, which is not public; the Become a CPD Instructor page gives an instructor fee of £19.99 plus VAT. A Website Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use are published as PDF documents; the terms cover use of the website. The footer links a downloadable "Compliments and Complaints Form", which we did not open; we did not find a complaints procedure on the pages reviewed. The site is served over HTTPS.
The FAQ states that "CPD Check will review your submission and determine whether the activity meets the accreditation criteria". The CPD Activities page lists accredited activities, each with an identifier beginning "#CC", and the CPD Providers page lists two providers with an "Accreditation Identifier". The home page states that activities are "Reviewed every three years". An ICO register search by the name "CPD Check" returned no entries; a search by the published postcode (NN4 0AR) returned no entries; a search by the registered-office postcode returned two registrations under other names. The home page is headed "Fast Track Your CPD Accreditation with Excellence!" and states "Global CPD Accreditation!" and "With a competitive pricing structure compared to other providers, CPD Check offers exceptional value without compromising on quality." It also states that "67% of professionals who engage in CPD report feeling more motivated and engaged in their work" and that "Organisations that support CPD for their staff see a 34% increase in employee productivity"; no source is given for either figure on the page.
