The filing history lists the incorporation documents and no later filing; the first accounts are due by 16 October 2027 and the first confirmation statement by 29 January 2027. The company number is displayed in the Privacy Policy; we did not find it on the home, About or Contact pages. The Channel Partners page names Educord International Pvt. The header and footer publish the address 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, an email address at the cpdworldwide.uk domain and the telephone number +44 (0) 207 689 7888. The Contact page lists the same address and email under the heading "Phone Number" and gives two further numbers, "Office 1" and "Office 2", in a ten-digit format without a country code. The Privacy Policy gives a separate privacy email address and a postal address shown as "[Insert address]". We looked for a named individual identified as a contact for clients or complaints on the home, About, Contact, FAQ, Terms and Privacy Policy pages and did not find one. Published information
The FAQ lists the criteria used to accredit an event or activity: clearly defined learning objectives, relevant and structured content, qualified speakers or presenters, appropriate duration and learning outcomes, and an evaluation or feedback mechanism. It also lists four eligibility requirements for organisations. The Terms refer to "published CPD standards" and a "CPD Worldwide (UK) Accreditation Framework"; we did not find a separate framework document. Pricing is published in the FAQ: an application fee of £50 and an accreditation fee of £90 per course or activity per year, with annual renewal fees. A "Terms, Disclaimers & Acceptable Use Policy" specific to the accreditation service is published, covering use of the name and logo, monitoring, withdrawal and intellectual property. A Privacy Policy is published, effective January 2026. We looked for a complaints procedure on the pages reviewed and did not find one; the path /complaints returned a not-found page. The site is served over HTTPS.
The FAQ states that events and activities are submitted for accreditation through an application process and that accreditation is "typically valid for one year from the date of approval" and can be renewed annually. The Approved Providers page lists 72 organisations, several with a "Provider Code", and the Approved Activities page lists 23 activities. We looked for a unique accreditation number for each activity and did not find one stated. The ICO register lists CPD Worldwide Ltd, registration ZC165405, registered on 4 June 2026 and expiring 3 June 2027, at 128 City Road, London.
