We looked for the legal entity operating the website and its Companies House record. The website footer states the site is operated by "ThinkTree Hub Ltd" and gives company number 04168328. This matches the Companies House record for THINKTREE HUB LTD, company number 04168328, a private limited company incorporated on 26 February 2001, with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. Companies House records the company status as active. The company was previously named "Confederation of Indian Head Massage Limited" until a name change in March 2018. The registered company number is displayed in the website footer and repeated in the Terms and Conditions Policy and Privacy and Cookies Policy.

We checked whether filings are consistent with the activity advertised on the site. Companies House lists the nature of business (SIC code) as 86900, "Other human health activities". Micro-company accounts have been filed every year from 2016 to 2026, with no gap or dormant filing, and confirmation statements have been filed on schedule, most recently 3 March 2026.

We checked the registered office address independently against Companies House bulk address data. The same address, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, is given by several hundred other companies on the register, consistent with a registered-office or mail-forwarding service address rather than a dedicated operational premises for this organisation specifically. We have not established from the pages reviewed whether ThinkTree Hub Ltd trades from this address or from another location.

We looked for other businesses the organisation discloses on its own website. The main site navigation includes a "Products" menu offering Massage World Magazine, Massage Warehouse, Physique Equipment and Products, merchandising and branding stationery, books, and Photizo Light Therapy, sold through the same website and company as the accreditation service.

We also checked the ThinkTree Teachable Platform, referenced in the Terms and Conditions Policy as hosting online Training Courses. This relationship is disclosed openly: the Teachable platform is linked from the main site navigation and referenced by name in the Terms and Conditions Policy.

We checked the home, about, terms and privacy pages for published contact details. A postal address (27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX), a telephone number (0330 229 0721) and an email address ([email protected]) are published in the site footer on every page checked, and repeated in the Terms and Conditions Policy and Privacy and Cookies Policy.

We looked for a named individual identified as a contact point for complaints or disputes. The About Us page names staff and role-holders, including a CEO and Founder, editorial and education staff, and international ambassadors, but we did not find a named individual designated specifically as a contact for complaints or disputes on the pages reviewed. Complaints under the Terms and Conditions Policy are directed to the general email address only.

We looked for a published accreditation assessment framework. A "ThinkTree Hub Course Accreditation Policy and Procedure" document is available as a downloadable PDF, setting out the approval process, quality assurance requirements (provider organisation structure, resources, review of assessment objectives and criteria, subject knowledge), and renewal requirements. A separate "ThinkTree Professional Standards" page sets out conduct expectations for course providers and trainers. Neither document sets out a scored rubric or numeric marking scheme; we flag the classification of this document for human review.

We looked for published pricing. Two figures are published for the accredited course service: the general process page states "Annual renewal fee or £295 per year per course", while the downloadable online-course accreditation policy PDF states "£275 per year or £500 per 2 years". CPD course approval pricing is published separately as £55 per year per course, reducing to £45 per year per course over ten courses. Centre approval pricing is published as £100 per year.

We looked for terms and conditions specific to the accreditation service. A Terms and Conditions Policy is published, with a dedicated "Certification Services" section (clauses 16 to 20) covering evidence requirements, certification duration (12 months), renewal, and revocation.

We looked for a privacy policy and a complaints policy. A Privacy and Cookies Policy is published, last updated 25 January 2023. We did not find a distinct complaints policy page on the pages reviewed; a complaints clause exists within the Terms and Conditions Policy (clause 37), directing complaints to the general email address.

The website is served over HTTPS.

We looked for what the organisation states about individual course assessment. The Course Accreditation Policy and Procedure document states that ThinkTree Hub reviews "programme objectives, structure and duration", "method of assessment", "assessment objectives and criteria" and "subject knowledge" for each course submitted, and the Terms and Conditions Policy describes an evidence-based application process per course.

We looked for a unique accreditation number on individual accredited course listings. We checked a sample accredited course page and found CPD point values displayed but no unique accreditation reference number.

We looked for a way to verify a specific accredited course. The website provides a public, searchable directory of accredited courses, filterable by service type and location.

We looked for a stated review or renewal cycle. The Course Accreditation Policy and Procedure document states that accreditation "will last for a specified period of time" and must be renewed on expiry; the Terms and Conditions Policy states a 12-month Certification Period with defined renewal conditions.

We looked for a data protection registration for this organisation on the ICO's public register of fee payers. The register was searched by name for "ThinkTree Hub Ltd" and no matching entry was found.
