The Framework page publishes the "CPD Accreditation Framework" handbook, version 1.0 issued July 2026, made up of five documents covering the standard (eight provider controls and ten course and programme requirements), evidence, assessment procedure, status and appeals, and terminology; it states that it is reviewed at least annually. Pricing is published: a free membership, Professional at £95 per year for one accredited course, and Advanced at £195 per year. Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy, each last updated August 2026, are published. The Framework page includes a complaints and appeals section describing how complaints are acknowledged and how appeals are reviewed. The site is served over HTTPS.
The Framework page states that the course requirements "apply to each specific course, seminar, workshop, webinar or programme" and that provider approval "does not automatically approve every course a provider delivers". The site refers to a "WCPD reference number" and to "Use of our logo and accreditation numbers".
