Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a treatment that utilizes a high concentration of white blood cells, fibrin, and a small number of stem cells that naturally occur in our blood. By spinning the blood at a slower speed, PRF is created with the intention of maintaining a more unified layer. This process allows some white blood cells and stem cells to remain within the platelet layer, rather than being separated out. On this course you'll learn skin rejuvenation techniques involving Microneedling and Mesotherapy. For insurance reasons, we require you to have achieved at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy, or hold a nursing, dentist or pharmacist licence. If you don’t meet these requirements but you hold a qualification in the health and beauty sector, please contact us. You will also need to be competent in blood taking.

You will learn the skills to be able to safely perform PRF on a client for maximum results. You will learn about, hair loss/transplant PRF therapy, scarring treatment and other applications. Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure also known as collagen induction therapy or skin needling.
