This is a day conference that provides practical advice to attendees on how to create a neuroinclusive recruitment process. We have a contributing partner in PegSquared / Tania Martin to the conference. The pre-requisites would be that the attendee is responsible at their organisation for recruitment so they have the authority to implement recommended changes. They must also have a "conversational" knowledge of neurodiversity and we offer optional foundation sessions prior to the conference
