Supportive Conversations for Schools is a workshop designed to equip all school staff with the skills and confidence to have effective, child-focused supportive conversations. Grounded in safeguarding principles, this session focuses on you as a person and how important it is to be non-judgemental, empathetic, and authentic. This workshop also explores how non-verbal communication and body language impact in supportive conversations before considering what questions to ask, what questions to avoid, and conversational techniques so we can all navigate sensitive conversations with care, clarity, and confidence.
With our Customer Mental Health Awareness and Support workshop we aim to equip teams with basic safeguarding, vulnerability, and capacity awareness, and empower them to navigate customer interactions with empathy, understanding, and draw on strategies to support mental health, creating a positive and compassionate experience for all.
With our Mental Health for Managers 7 hr Workshop we aim to empower managers to confidently support mental health in the workplace. This workshop supplies organisations with the knowledge, skills and tools to support mental health, in the workplace, and enables them to draw on strategies to promote resilience and understanding.
