This course has been designed to fulfil the Minimum and National Occupational Competencies for someone acting in the capacity as an Operational Commander at an incident, or large-scale pre-planned event. Our course is designed to allow a majority of the theory element to be completed by the Learner at their own pace, and then participate in the face-to-face element, getting hands on allowing them to embed practical knowledge around incident management. This is normally split as 1-day (circa 8 hours) of virtual learning and 2 days of face-to-face.
