Leading Through People is an executive leadership development programme designed to strengthen leaders’ ability to create high-performing teams through effective people leadership. The programme explores the critical relationship between leadership behaviours, communication, trust, accountability, coaching, and organizational culture, equipping participants with practical strategies to lead beyond operational management. Prerequisites for Enrolment: 1. Participants should occupy, or be preparing for, a supervisory, management, senior management, or executive leadership role within their organization. 2. No formal academic qualifications are required; however, participants are expected to: - Have responsibility for leading people, teams, projects, or organizational functions; - Be willing to participate in self-assessment, facilitated discussions, and practical exercises; - Be able to reflect on and apply leadership concepts within a workplace setting.

This course equips leaders and professionals with the knowledge, mindset, and practical tools to contribute to organisational shifts from rigid, bureaucratic operating models to more agile, adaptive, and responsive ways of working. It recognises the realities of operating within existing structures while enabling change from where one is positioned. Grounded in contemporary leadership theory and agile principles, the programme explores how leadership behaviours, decision-making practices, and organisational systems influence agility. Through structured reflection and applied planning activities, participants identify barriers to agility and develop practical approaches to support strategic flexibility, collaboration, and sustainable cultural shift. Prerequisites: There are no formal academic prerequisites for this course. Participants should have professional experience in a leadership, supervisory, management, or professional role where they interact with organisational systems, teams, or decision-making processes
