IAA Level 3 Immigration Training and Assessment Preparation is a 10-hour live-online progression programme for learners who already possess secure Level 2 immigration knowledge or equivalent casework experience. It comprises six hours of live teaching and four hours of directed assignments. The activity focuses on First-tier Tribunal appeals, evidence and advanced legal drafting, tribunal advocacy, immigration bail, Upper Tribunal and judicial-review awareness, Resource Book navigation and scenario-based assessment technique. This is independent professional training. It does not constitute IAA registration, authorisation, accreditation or success in the separate IAA competence assessment.

The IAA Level 2 Immigration Training and Assessment Preparation Programme is an advanced, practical course for immigration advisers, legal professionals and candidates preparing for Level 2 competence assessment. The programme covers complex family and private life applications, Article 8, suitability and deception, domestic abuse, long residence, EUSS, nationality, removal, deportation, appeals, detention, bail, protection awareness, public funds and right to work. Learners receive structured teaching, workbooks, case studies, drafting templates, evidence checklists, Resource Book training, timed mock assessments, model answers and revision support. This is independent training and does not itself grant IAA authorisation.

The IAA Level 1 Immigration Adviser Training Course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive introduction to UK immigration law, the Immigration Rules, and the regulatory framework governing immigration advice in the United Kingdom. The course covers the role and responsibilities of an IAA Level 1 Adviser, client care, professional conduct, immigration applications, nationality matters, and the use of official Home Office guidance. It is intended for individuals seeking to develop their knowledge of immigration advice and prepare for work within the scope of IAA Level 1 authorisation. The course is delivered for educational and training purposes only and does not itself confer authorisation to provide immigration advice. There are no formal academic prerequisites for enrolment. Learners should have a reasonable standard of English language skills, basic computer literacy, and an interest in UK immigration law and immigration advisory services.
