Training of Trainers (TOT) is a comprehensive 42-hour professional development programme designed to equip aspiring and practising trainers with the theoretical grounding and practical skills required to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training sessions. Delivered over a 5-week Intensive Phase (20 lessons, 90 minutes each) followed by a 2-week Practical Phase, the programme integrates established adult-learning frameworks — including Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, Knowles' Andragogy, Training Needs Analysis, Mager's ABCD model, and ADDIE — with the IBADOV Method, an original six-step training design methodology developed by the programme's author, Jafar Ibadov. Participants progress through modules covering needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation, coaching-style training, group dynamics, feedback, presentation skills, and online delivery, culminating in a supervised demo-training. Prerequisites for enrollment: Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Beyond this, no specific prior knowledge or certificate is required to join the programme. A recommended (not mandatory) profile includes interest in or minimal experience in coaching, training, or human resources, and experience participating in an adult training/seminar environment. No formal documents are required at registration; suitability may be assessed via an initial interview or survey
