Masar University L.L.C-FZ is a digital higher-education institution registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (business licence no. 2535918.01). The university delivers fully online bachelor's and master's programmes across four colleges: Management; Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence; Digital Media and Communication; and E-Learning and Humanities. Its 30 programmes (15 bachelor's and 15 master's) are taught by more than 25 faculty members.
Learning is delivered through a complete digital environment: a Moodle-based learning platform for recorded lectures, course materials and assessments, and a Student Information System for registration, results and student services. Each week, learners follow recorded lectures, join a live discussion session and complete a short quiz, with final assessments at the end of each term.
The university also offers professional development (CPD) courses. These courses are governed by published learner policies covering complaints, assessment appeals, academic integrity, reasonable adjustments, equal opportunities, learner safeguarding, personal data protection, course content review and responsible marketing. The policies are in effect from September 2026.
