The Inspire and Achieve Foundation is an independent charity based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, committed to transforming the lives of young people aged 16–26 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). We work with some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people in our community, helping them to overcome barriers, build resilience, and develop the confidence and skills needed to achieve their full potential.
Through a diverse range of programmes and services, we provide tailored support that empowers young people to make positive changes in their lives. Our Mansfield-based youth hub offers a safe, welcoming environment where young people can access guidance, support, and opportunities for personal growth. We deliver alternative provision for those struggling in mainstream education, the King's Trust Team programme to develop employability and teamwork skills, and one-to-one mentoring to help individuals address challenges and achieve their goals.
In addition, we run a variety of youth activities that promote wellbeing, social connection, community engagement, and personal development. By building trusted relationships and providing practical support, we help young people improve their prospects, increase their independence, and move closer to education, employment, training, and a brighter future.
