Avanti Change Ltd is a Welsh leadership and organisational development consultancy working across local government, housing, mental health and the voluntary sector in Wales and England. We develop leaders, boards, teams and whole systems through bespoke in-house programmes, executive coaching, governance redesign and our own Avanti Profiles. Our new Avanti Academy, launching November 2026, offers self-paced online leadership and governance development in formats from 20-minute tasters to full-day programmes, built from a library of around 400 narrated modules. Longer Flagship and Signature programmes combine online learning with live, in-room delivery, coaching and team work.
