Our comprehensive range of courses are based on our years of knowledge, practical experience, and training, both within law enforcement and working together with other professional partner agencies such as NHS, Social Services, Education, Mental Health Support Charities, and Wider Community Groups where we delivered the best quality of service to those who were in need. We are especially pleased that we are able to incorporate our bespoke Supportive Conversations (SPACE©) training into our courses. This is drawn from our experience of having difficult conversations on a daily basis as part of an investigation process, or with people in crises and in need of help, when going through all the challenges life may throw at you. It was these experiences which equipped us with a unique set of conversational skills which we now want to share with you. What differentiates us from other training providers is our pre-course consultation process where we actively engage with our clients to better understand their needs which, in turn, enables us to create bespoke courses. This means our participants are equipped with the essential knowledge, practical skills, and tools they need in a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute to the learning process.
