Effective Conflict Management CPD Course

Effective Conflict Management is a practical, evidence‑based programme that equips professionals with the skills to handle disagreement with clarity, confidence, and composure. The course combines psychology, communication science, and structured behavioural tools to help learners de‑escalate tension, manage difficult conversations, and make intentional strategic choices under pressure.

Participants learn to separate facts from interpretation, hold boundaries assertively, reduce emotional intensity in high‑heat moments, and deliver constructive feedback without conflict. Through scenarios, guided practice, and a four‑week application workbook, learners build habits that strengthen leadership presence, improve collaboration, and enhance workplace relationships.

The course is make up of a one-day tutor-led training (online or in-class) (8-hrs) and a 1-month transformation through weekly activities in the Activity Workbook with a time commitment of another 8 hrs in total.

There are no formal prerequisites for enrolling in this course. The programme is suitable for professionals at all levels who wish to improve their ability to manage conflict, communicate with clarity, and handle difficult conversations more effectively.
