CPD Preventing Sexual Harassment at Work

This interactive Preventing Sexual Harassment at Work course has been designed to support organisations in promoting respectful workplace culture and meeting the preventative focus introduced under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.

Through realistic workplace scenarios, reflective activities and practical examples, learners explore professional boundaries, recognising inappropriate behaviour, reporting options and the role everyone plays in preventing harassment from escalating.
