Perfecting the Art CPD Course is designed for stewardesses who have already found their feet and are ready to take the next step professionally, either after completing First Step to First Season CPD Course or as a standalone programme for those with at least one season of onboard experience. Building on existing knowledge, the programme develops the advanced practical skills, professional judgement, and confidence required to perform at a higher level within the interior department. Learners refine specialist service techniques, strengthen their ability to anticipate guest needs, and develop the leadership, discretion, organisational, digital and operational skills expected of an experienced stewardess.
Delivered one-to-one and built on real operational experience, the programme combines practical application with the knowledge, judgement and professional understanding needed to step confidently into a more advanced role onboard.
