The Art of Leading CPD Course is designed for experienced stewardesses who are ready to step into their first Chief Stewardess role, or who want to strengthen their confidence and leadership on board. The programme explores the practical realities of leading an interior team, balancing operational excellence with people management, organisation, and clear communication. Learners develop the judgement, confidence, and leadership skills needed to manage standards, mentor crew, work effectively with the Captain, and create an interior department that runs smoothly, professionally, and with pride. Delivered one-to-one and built on real operational experience, the programme focuses on practical leadership rather than management theory. Prerequisites: STCW Basic Safety Training, ENG1 Medical Certificate, and Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2.

Perfecting the Art CPD Course is designed for stewardesses who have already found their feet and are ready to take the next step professionally, either after completing First Step to First Season CPD Course or as a standalone programme for those with at least one season of onboard experience. Building on existing knowledge, the programme develops the advanced practical skills, professional judgement, and confidence required to perform at a higher level within the interior department. Learners refine specialist service techniques, strengthen their ability to anticipate guest needs, and develop the leadership, discretion, organisational, digital and operational skills expected of an experienced stewardess. Delivered one-to-one and built on real operational experience, the programme combines practical application with the knowledge, judgement and professional understanding needed to step confidently into a more advanced role onboard.

First Step to First Season CPD Course is a one-to-one training programme designed for complete beginners preparing for their first season as a stewardess on board a superyacht. Combining industry knowledge with real onboard experience, the programme introduces the essential standards, routines, skills, and professional behaviours expected of interior crew. Learners develop the confidence, practical understanding, and professional mindset needed to adapt quickly to life on board, work effectively within an interior team, and begin their yachting career with confidence from day one.
