AI-Augmented SAP Change Management & Adoption CPD is a foundational 4-hour sprint empowering junior Business Analysts, Project Managers, PMO professionals, and transformation graduates to harness Generative AI to accelerate user enablement, impact assessments, and adoption tracking in SAP deployments. Enterprise SAP transformations frequently fall short not due to technical defects, but because end-users feel overwhelmed or resistant to new workflows. This course equips junior project teams with GenAI capabilities to rapidly transform raw process flows into role-based impact assessments, tailored Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and automated sentiment analytics to secure business adoption prior to Go-Live.

Prerequisites for Enrolment: There are no strict coding or advanced technical prerequisites. This entry-level sprint is open to junior Business Analysts, entry-level Project Managers, PMO analysts, Change Champions, and transformation graduates joining an SAP project team. How Learning Objectives Are Achieved: Learning objectives are achieved through a 4-phase structured active learning model combining facilitator presentation, real-world case studies ("System Works, Business Refuses"), practical GenAI prompting labs, and sentiment analysis exercises. Assessment Methods for Knowledge/Skills: Comprehension is evaluated via an end-of-sprint 10-question multiple-choice Knowledge Assessment covering OCM fundamentals, AI prompt mechanics, quality control rules, and sentiment tracking. Separate Assessment for Theory and Practical Elements: Theoretical Knowledge: Evaluated via the 10-question Knowledge Assessment (requiring a minimum 70% pass mark for BTI® Associate Certification validation). Practical Application: Evaluated during the Phase 2 AI Impact Assessment Sprint, Phase 3 QRG Generation Sprint, and Phase 4 Resistance Heatmap Exercise where delegates execute practical prompts and submit structured deliverables
