Assessment Methods for Knowledge/Skills: Comprehension is evaluated via an end-of-sprint 10-question multiple-choice Knowledge Assessment covering OCM fundamentals, AI prompt mechanics, quality control rules, and sentiment tracking. Separate Assessment for Theory and Practical Elements: Theoretical Knowledge: Evaluated via the 10-question Knowledge Assessment (requiring a minimum 70% pass mark for BTI® Associate Certification validation). Practical Application: Evaluated during the Phase 2 AI Impact Assessment Sprint, Phase 3 QRG Generation Sprint, and Phase 4 Resistance Heatmap Exercise where delegates execute practical prompts and submit structured deliverables
