The Sole Stewardess CPD Course is a specialist, standalone course designed for stewardesses and stewards running the yacht interior independently, particularly on yachts of less than 35 metres. It explores the unique demands of the role, from understanding your boat and setting standards to managing housekeeping, laundry, guest service, provisioning, turnarounds and working with the wider crew. The course focuses on practical systems, prioritisation, decision-making, workload management and professional sustainability, helping sole interior crew work intelligently, maintain high standards and look after themselves while running the interior effectively.
