Mandy Gutsell is the founder of Know Limits Ltd and has been helping individual and organisations since 1991.
Mental Health underpins all the services Know Limits offers. This includes Therapy, Life/Relationship Coaching, Supervision, Training Enneagram profiling and Consultancy. Mandy has committed to her passion of lifelong learning.
She has developed an expertise in personal development programs, team building, pioneering new ideas in organisations and inspiring individuals. Over the years Mandy has delivered a range of courses to 1000’s of people including Stress & Anxiety Management, Anger Management, Conflict Management, Bullying & Harassment, Developing Resilience and Dealing with Change, The Psychology of Relationships, Loss & Bereavement, Suicide and Self Harm, Domestic Abuse, Supervision, Confidence & Assertiveness, Developing Healthy Boundaries , Introduction to Mentoring, Coaching and Counselling, Introduction to the Menopause, Menopause and the Workplace, Menopause and Mental Health, Parenting Children, Parenting Teenagers, ILM Leadership & Management.

The courses can be delivered for individuals wanting to work on making changes for themselves. And staff in care and education settings who want to upskill to be more effective for their colleagues, carers and the clients they work with.

Mandy trains staff from young people’s projects, educational settings and care in the Drama coach approach.

Over time the challenges may bring about tiredness, overwhelm, questioning of purpose, and burn out. This in turn can reduce your sense of accomplishment and work that was once meaningful may begin to feel empty.
To reduce the risk of burn out Know Limits offers workshops and Upskilling CPD Creative Workshops to give people space to breathe.
